Reely Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reely mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Reely ("Reely," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Reely helps you save, organize, and play short-form videos ("reels") from supported third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels. Features may include playlists, favorites, in-app playback, optional account linking, and Premium subscription features.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Some features may be labeled as beta, coming soon, or available only to Premium subscribers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your content and responsibilities

• You are responsible for the links and media you save, import, or share through the Service.
• You may use the Service only for lawful personal purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of third-party platforms whose content you access.
• You must have the rights or permission needed to save and view any content you add to Reely.
• You may not use the Service to infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights of any person or entity.

4. Third-party platforms

Reely is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, YouTube, Google, or other platform providers.

Your use of third-party content remains subject to those platforms' own terms and policies. Links, playback availability, thumbnails, and extraction may change or stop working at any time because of actions by third parties or technical limitations outside our control.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service except as permitted by law;
• Circumvent access controls, paywalls, or security measures of Reely or third parties;
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data;
• Use the Service to distribute spam or misleading content.

6. Premium subscriptions and payments

Reely may offer paid subscription plans ("Premium"), including monthly, quarterly, and annual options. Prices, features, and availability may vary by region and are shown in the app at the time of purchase.

• Billing. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, not directly by Reely. Your payment is subject to the applicable store's terms.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings (Apple ID or Google Play → Subscriptions).
• Refunds. Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the store where you purchased Premium, except where required by law.
• Restore purchases. You may restore eligible purchases on a new device using the same store account used for the original purchase.

Premium features described in the app may roll out over time. We do not guarantee that every listed future Premium feature will be available immediately in all regions.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including the Reely name, logo, app design, and software, is owned by Reely or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

Third-party content displayed through the Service remains the property of its respective owners. Reely does not claim ownership of videos, images, or other media you save from external platforms.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reel will always remain playable. Saved links may break, expire, or become unavailable due to third-party changes.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REELY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR PREMIUM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reely and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and canceling any active subscriptions through your app store account. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where prohibited by law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Reely operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
