ImproverTech is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have when using our Platform. For the purposes of GDPR, ImproverTech acts as a Data Controller.

2. Our Privacy Philosophy

We believe privacy should be transparent, minimal, secure, and under your control. Using our Platform means you consent to cookie use, data processing as described, secure transfers to trusted third parties, and sharing of information you voluntarily make public.

3. Information We Collect

You provide: Email address, Google/Dropbox/OneDrive account ID, audio files and content you upload, and optional personal information stored within the App.

Collected automatically: Device type and OS, app version, IP address, region and language settings, advertising ID, app interactions, session duration, crash reports, and performance diagnostics.

Cookies & Similar Technologies: Used to understand how users interact with the App, improve features, and support analytics and advertising. Manageable through device or third-party service settings.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third parties for analytics, cloud storage, and advertising — including Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive. These parties process data under their own privacy policies.

5. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the App, improve performance and features, understand user behavior, display relevant ads, communicate about updates and support, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers, advertising partners, when legally required, or during a merger or acquisition. All partners must follow appropriate data protection standards.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed outside your country of residence. We ensure compliance with applicable laws, appropriate safeguards, and encryption where required.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location: access, correct, delete, restrict, or withdraw consent for your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

The Platform is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data. Discovered data will be deleted immediately.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Musivo Offline Player application, operated by ImproverTech. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for providing accurate information, and for any content you upload or manage through the App.

2. Acceptable Use

Use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not: abuse or impersonate others; upload unlawful or offensive content; infringe intellectual property rights; distribute spam; attempt to disrupt or damage the App; copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App; or violate any applicable laws.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to process your content only as necessary to provide App features. We do not claim ownership of your personal files or audio.

4. Privacy & Data Use

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains data collection, use, protection, and your rights.

5. Service Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.

6. Content Moderation

We may remove content or disable accounts that violate these Terms and may cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.

7. Subscriptions & Refunds

In-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests go directly to Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. No refunds for unused periods.

8. Intellectual Property

All App assets — software, design, logos, images, text, audio, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of ImproverTech or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse App branding without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.

1. Summary

• Most processing happens on your device.
• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not require an account to use core App features.
• Some optional features connect to third-party services only when you choose to use them.

2. Information We Collect

Stored on your device: Audio and video files you import, record, convert, edit, or download; project/editor data and export history; app settings (theme, language, security); optional app lock settings; Apple Music song references/metadata.

You provide: URLs for downloads; files from Files, Photos, Dropbox, Wi-Fi transfer, or other sources; audio recordings and karaoke performances; search terms for optional integrations (e.g., Giphy stickers).

Permissions the App may request: Microphone, Photo Library, Apple Music / Media Library, Speech Recognition, Face ID / Touch ID, Local Network (Wi-Fi transfer), Files and file providers. You can manage permissions in iOS Settings.

Sent to third parties (optional features only): Dropbox (authentication and file operations), Giphy (sticker search terms), social/download links (linked page or media URL to complete downloads you initiate), Apple services (Apple Music, Photos, Speech Recognition, Face ID, iOS system services).

We do not collect: Contacts, precise location/GPS data, health data, or advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking.

3. How We Use Information

Only to provide media import, editing, conversion, playback, download, and export features; save and display your files and projects; enable optional integrations you choose; protect the App with optional biometric lock; improve stability and user experience; and respond to support requests.

4. Legal Basis and User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to import, download, edit, convert, store, and share any content you use in the App. Do not use the App to infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or the terms of third-party platforms.

5. Data Retention

Data stored on your device remains there until you delete it or remove the App. Temporary files may be removed automatically after processing.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when you explicitly export or share files, with service providers for optional integrations you enable, or when required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical measures including optional biometric lock and secure storage mechanisms provided by iOS. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

9. International Users

If you use the App outside your home country, your information may be processed on your device and by third-party services you choose, which may operate in other countries under their own policies.

10. Your Choices and Rights

You can delete imported files, reset app settings, or uninstall the App to remove local data. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information.

These Terms govern your use of InstaCut Music Editor ("the App", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms, Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, and App Store rules.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the App. If under the age of majority, use the App only with parent or legal guardian permission.

3. App Features

The App may allow you to: import, play, edit, convert, merge, trim, compress, and export audio and video; record audio and use karaoke, mixing, effects, and speech-to-text; transfer files over local Wi-Fi; connect optional third-party services; download media from URLs you provide; and save exports to the App, Files, or Photos.

4. User Content and Copyright

You retain ownership of content you import, create, or store. You are solely responsible for obtaining all rights, licenses, and permissions needed. You agree not to use the App to infringe intellectual property rights, download or distribute content without authorization, violate third-party platform terms, or upload harmful or deceptive content.

5. Third-Party Services and Links

The App may integrate with third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, websites, content, or policies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

6. Downloads and Social Media Links

You may only download content you have the legal right to access and use. The App does not grant any license to third-party content. We may restrict or remove download functionality for certain links at any time.

7. Wi-Fi Transfer

Wi-Fi transfer works on your local network. You are responsible for using it on trusted networks and protecting access to your device. Do not expose sensitive files on public or unsecured networks.

8. Purchases and Subscriptions

Any purchases through the App Store are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment and refund policies.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer or decompile the App; circumvent security or licensing restrictions; damage or impair the App; use automated systems to abuse features; or misrepresent your identity or rights to content.

10. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.

11. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or that conversions, exports, or downloads will always succeed.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (A) the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or (B) USD $50.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using the App by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for legal, security, or operational reasons.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

17. Apple Terms

Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms who may enforce them against you.
