These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Clean it Pro (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Use and these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App except as allowed by law.
Clean it Pro offers tools that may include storage analysis, media cleanup suggestions, compression, contacts utilities, email cleaning (with your connected account), battery and system insights, Secret Space, widgets, tutorials, and related features.
Some metrics may be estimates or limited by what Apple’s APIs allow. Features may change, be limited on free plans, or require a purchase/subscription.
You are responsible for backing up important data before deleting, compressing, merging, offloading, or otherwise modifying photos, videos, contacts, emails, or files.
Cleanup and delete actions you confirm in the App can be permanent. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from actions you authorize.
You must have the right to access any accounts you connect, and you must comply with those providers’ terms.
Paid features may be offered as one-time purchases, subscriptions, or free trials through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to Apple’s rules.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.
The App, including its design, text, graphics, and software (excluding third-party content and your own data), is owned by Clean it Pro or its licensors.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that cleanup suggestions will free a specific amount of storage.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEAN IT PRO AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP FEATURES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $10 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or stop providing the App or any feature at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
